Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and organized CEO Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, as you’ll be directly involved in managing reports, meetings, research, and key organizational initiatives.
You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across departments and helping the CEO make informed, timely decisions that drive the academy’s mission forward.
Main Job Duties:
- Supporting the CEO in all related tasks.
- Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the CEO meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
- Coordinate, attend, and take minutes for the CEO’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
- Conduct research and analysis as directed by the CEO.
- Produce reports for the CEO as and when required.
- Participate in project development phases, plans, processes, and follow-up.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifying service improvements or new products by remaining current on market trends, activities, and competitors.
- Managing communication effectively with the team to identify needs, evaluate & develop alternative business solutions.
- Involved in other core administrative activities (Coordinating New Hire Orientations, organizational charts, supply ordering)
- Responsibility for accounts and budgets.
- Organizing events and conferences reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Develops a filling system for hard copies and soft copies.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Acting as a liaison across the organization.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Job Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures, as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Presentable
- Fluent English

Location: On-site (with flexibility when required).
